Dr Jo Howe CPsychol is Director of The Realist Hub Ltd and Founder of the Mental Health Innovation and Improvement (MHII) Hub. She is a Chartered Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in healthcare research, specialising in improving care for people living with severe mental illness. Jo has delivered major NIHR-funded research programmes, including RESOLVE and MEDIATE, focusing on the physical health impacts of antipsychotic medication, medicines optimisation, and implementation. She now works independently with NHS organisations, researchers and lived-experience partners to develop, evaluate and implement evidence-informed approaches that improve mental healthcare.
