Claire works across the Community Mental Health Teams in Brighton and Hove, with a primary focus on the Community Rehabilitation Service, supporting individuals living with severe and enduring mental health challenges. She is also an integral member of the Clozapine Clinic, where she takes blood samples, supports service users and coordinates medication supplies, ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment.

With over 27 years of NHS experience, Claire began her career in hospital pharmacy in 1999 before transitioning into mental health in 2009. She is deeply passionate about patient care and thrives in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of mental health services.

Alongside her clinical role, Claire is a committee member of the CMHP/APTUK branch and was proud to be part of the APTUK Team of the Year 2025. In July 2026, she graduated from Aston University with a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health Therapeutics, further developing her knowledge and expertise in supporting people with complex mental health needs.

Claire has also been shortlisted for the APTUK Pharmacy Technician of the Year Award 2026, recognising her commitment to patient care, professional development and her contribution to pharmacy and mental health services.
