Yes, parking is free including overnight parking. You will be provided with a promo code and will need to register your vehicle on the below link. This can be completed 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Will there be social or networking events at CMHP Annual Conference 2026?
Yes! There is an Awards Dinner Friday 2nd October in The Scarman Lakeview Restaurant from 19.00 – 00.00. This is included in the 2-day delegate rate. If you have purchased the daily rate – the dinner can be purchased separately for £82 per person.
There will be a buffet dinner available on Thursday 1st October from 18.45 – 20.15. This is not included in the 2-day delegate rate but can be purchased separately for £31.80 per person.

Can I register on-site?
Yes, on-site registration will be available if spaces are available at the time. However, we recommend pre-registering online to benefit from discounted rates.

Is accommodation provided?
Yes. Accommodation is included in the 2-Day delegate rate for Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd night. This ensuite accommodation is onsite at Warwick University at either Scarman or Radcliffe. If you also require accommodation for Saturday 3rd October, this can be purchased separately for £95.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 2nd September 2026 or for non-attendance on the day.

Substitutions

• Substitute delegates are welcome at any time before the event.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to cmhp@outsourcedevents.com

• The CMHP is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to: Cancellation, Date change, Event format change (e.g. to virtual),  Travel disruptions, visa issues, illness, or COVID-19 related issues
